Job summary

Nexodus Clean is expanding its independent contractor provider network and is seeking dedicated cleaning professionals to service commercial and industrial facilities under independent contractor agreements. Providers operate as 1099 contractors using their own equipment and schedules within service agreements.

Experience in cleaning, custodial, or facilities maintenance is preferred. Providers are responsible for their own tools, transportation, and supplies; this is not an employment offer.

Qualifications

• Prior janitorial, custodial, or facilities-maintenance experience preferred, especially commercial/industrial.
• Experience with floor care techniques (buffing, stripping) is a plus.
• Ability to safely operate cleaning equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and service quality standards.
• Physical ability to stand, bend, lift and perform repetitive tasks.
• Independent contractor status requires dependable, self-directed work style.
• Residential painting or industrial cleaning experience a plus, not required.

Responsibilities

• General cleaning across designated areas.
• Floor care including buffing, polishing, and stripping.
• Use of provider’s own cleaning equipment and supplies.
• Service restrooms, break rooms, offices, and common areas to hygiene standards.
• Minor facility upkeep tasks as scoped in the service agreement.
• Adherence to site safety protocols.
• Additional tasks such as painting touch-ups or light repairs when agreed.
