Job summary

Nexodus Clean is expanding its independent contractor network and seeks dedicated cleaning professionals to service commercial and industrial facilities under an independent contractor agreement. Qualifications

• Experience in commercial/industrial cleaning preferred.
• Able to operate cleaning equipment safely and effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to service quality standards.
• Physically capable of standing, bending, lifting and performing repetitive tasks.

Responsibilities

• Perform general cleaning tasks across designated facilities.
• Carry out floor care such as buffing, polishing, and stripping.
• Use your own cleaning equipment and supplies as per service agreement.
• Service restrooms, break rooms, offices and other common areas to hygiene standards.
• Assist with minor upkeep tasks as scoped in the agreement.
• Adhere to site safety protocols during service delivery.
• Potentially perform painting touch-ups or light repairs if agreed.
