Job summary

Mad City Windows, a Renuity Company, is seeking a 1099 Bath Installer to install remodeling products, ensuring high quality finishes and customer satisfaction. The role involves completing job checklists, coordinating with homeowners, and upholding company standards across installations.

The position offers year-round work, paid training, and potential bonuses, with earnings reported between $150,000 and $300,000 annually for strong performers. A reliable vehicle and insurance are required.

Qualifications

• 3 years of remodeling, carpentry or construction experience.
• Experience installing residential showers/tubs; acrylics & stone panels.
• Experience setting a drain and installing valves.
• Established LLC or Business running under EIN.
• Must have general liability and worker's compensation insurance.
• Must have cargo van, box truck, shuttle, or vehicle capable of pulling a trailer.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills with homeowners and team members.

Responsibilities

• Install home remodeling products according to Mad City's standards and procedures.
• Apply finish work as needed for every application.
• Coordinate with management at installation end to ensure customer satisfaction and authorize final payments.
• Complete job checklist with homeowner at completion.
• Treat each homeowner and their property with the utmost respect.
