Job summary

Mad City Windows, a Renuity Company, is seeking a Bath Installer to join our Knoxville-area team as a 1099 contractor. Earn up to $300K/year with year-round work, paid training, and weekly direct deposits while delivering high-quality home remodeling installations.

Role requires evidence-based carpentry skills, strong customer service, and reliable transportation. You will install showers, tubs, and related finishes, coordinating with homeowners to ensure satisfaction and proper final payments.

Qualifications

• 3 years of remodeling, carpentry or construction experience.
• Experience installing residential showers/tubs; acrylics & stone panels.
• Experience setting a drain and installing valves.
• Established LLC or Business running under EIN.
• Must have general liability and worker's compensation insurance.
• Must have cargo van, box truck, shuttle, or vehicle capable of pulling a trailer.
• Great communication and customer service skills with the ability to clearly communicate with homeowners and team members.

Responsibilities

• Install home remodeling products according to Mad City's standards and procedures.
• Apply finish work as needed for every application.
• Communicate with management at the end of an installation to ensure customer satisfaction and authorize final payments.
• Complete job checklist with homeowner at completion.
• Treat each homeowner and their property with the utmost respect.
