Job summary

Mad City Windows, a Renuity Company, in Milwaukee, WI, is seeking experienced installers to join our growing team. As a 1099 Installer, you will install home remodeling products to Mad City's standards, apply finish work, and coordinate with management to ensure customer satisfaction and secure final payments.

Candidates should have at least three years of remodeling or carpentry experience, knowledge of residential baths, windows or kitchens, and hold an established LLC or business with

Qualifications

• 3 years of Remodeling, carpentry or construction experience.
• Knowledge of Residential Baths, Windows, or Kitchens.
• Established LLC or Business.
• Worker's comp and Liability insurance.
• Great communication and customer service skills with the ability to clearly communicate with homeowners and team members.

Responsibilities

• Install home remodeling products according to Mad City's standards and procedures.
• Apply finish work as needed for every application.
• Communicate with management at the end of an installation to ensure customer satisfaction and authorize final payments.
• Complete job checklist with homeowner at completion.
• Treat each homeowner and their property with the utmost respect.
