Job summary

Mad City Windows, a Renuity Company, is hiring a Bath Installer (1099) to install home remodeling products per our standards. The role emphasizes customer satisfaction, proper finish work, and respectful interaction with homeowners.

Earn up to $300K annually with year-round work, paid training, and a flexible schedule. Must have 3+ years in remodeling/construction and the necessary insured vehicle. Join a national brand with a strong support network.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of remodeling, carpentry or construction experience.
• Experience installing residential showers/tubs (acrylics & stone panels).
• Experience setting a drain and installing valves.
• Established LLC or Business running under EIN.
• Must have general liability and workers' compensation insurance.
• Must have cargo van, box truck, shuttle, or vehicle able to pull a trailer.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills for homeowners and team members.

Responsibilities

• Install home remodeling products according to Mad City's standards and procedures.
• Apply finish work as needed for every application.
• Communicate with management at the end of an installation to ensure customer satisfaction and authorize final payments.
• Complete job checklist with homeowner at completion.
• Treat each homeowner and their property with the utmost respect.
