Job summary

Mad City Windows, a Renuity Company, is seeking a 1099 Bath Installer in the Huntsville area to install remodeling products per company standards. You will apply finish work as needed and ensure customer satisfaction, final payments, and a complete homeowner checklist at project end.

Ideal candidates have remodeling/carpentry experience, knowledge of showers/tubs, drains, and valves, with an EIN and liability insurance. A crew of 2+ and own transport are preferred for year-round work.

Qualifications

• 3 years of remodeling, carpentry or construction experience.
• Knowledge of residential walk-in showers and tubs with surround (Kohler).
• Experience setting drains and installing valves.
• Must have an EIN with established LLC or business.
• Must have general liability and workers’ compensation insurance.
• Preferred crew size is 2 or more.
• Preferred crew owns an enclosed van, shuttle, or trailer.
• Excellent communication and customer service with homeowners and team members.

Responsibilities

• Install home remodeling products according to Mad City Windows standards.
• Apply finish work as needed for every application.
• Communicate with management at the end of an installation to ensure customer satisfaction and authorize final payments.
• Complete job checklist with homeowner at completion.
• Treat each homeowner and property with the utmost respect.
