Responsibilities

• Gather the information needed to open and process 1031 exchange files from inception through completion.
• Prepare exchange agreements, assignments, improvement and lease agreements, deeds, notes, EIN requests, operating agreements, and other required documentation.
• Monitor and fulfill applicable IRS documentation and timing requirements.
• Research and organize information to respond to questions from clients, title companies, lenders, attorneys, and accountants.
• Maintain accurate files and recordkeeping systems and provide clerical, administrative, and light bookkeeping support.
• Communicate clearly and professionally by phone, in person, and through written correspondence.
