Job summary

Title Financial Specialty Services (TFSS) is seeking a Client Services & Transaction Coordinator for the Blackfoot, ID location. The role focuses on managing 1031 exchange files from inception through completion, preparing key documents, and ensuring IRS timing compliance.

You will interact with clients and professional partners, maintain accurate files, and provide clerical and light bookkeeping support, while delivering clear written and verbal communication.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least two years of related experience.
• Must be able to pass background check and MVR.
• Must be 18+ years old.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Open and process 1031 exchange files from inception through completion.
• Prepare exchange agreements, assignments, deeds, and other required documents.
• Monitor IRS timing requirements and related documentation.
• Respond to questions from clients, title companies, lenders, attorneys, and accountants.
• Maintain accurate files and provide clerical, administrative, and light bookkeeping support.
• Communicate clearly by phone, in person, and in writing.
