The 1000 Hour Appointment will serve as a central resource for campus event scheduling and event processing, supporting the review, coordination, and administration of event requests from initial submission through completion. Working closely with the Events Team, the Event Coordinator acts as a liaison between event organizers and campus partners, coordinates event logistics, maintains event management systems and calendars, and helps ensure campus events are delivered efficiently and successfully. This is an excellent opportunity for an organized, customer-focused professional who enjoys working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and wants to gain experience supporting a wide variety of university events. Work Hours: This position will work 20 hours per week. Hourly Rate: $24.00 per hour.
