Our company works with 45,000 union workers in California who require personal customer care. As a result of increased demand from our client base, we seek highly motivated individuals to counsel and serve working families.

This is a full-time position.

Our Market & Compensation

We specialize in life insurance to protect families' health and income. Due to high demand and a limited number of agents, we have many requests for insurance services.

How We Get Paid: This is a commission-only role. Our commission schedule is designed to help you earn quickly, with potential payments within a week of closing your first policy. The average sale nationwide is for $1,000 in annual premium, with some associates earning $600 from just one sale.

Training & Growth Opportunities

We provide comprehensive training on our carriers, products, and sales scripts to help you sell policies efficiently. Our goal is to help you make money and grow your own agency within months if desired.
