As a result of increased demand from our client base, we are seeking highly motivated workers to counsel and serve working families.
However, our service team is selective. We are looking for qualified candidates with experience in customer service or sales who are flexible, adaptable, and trainable. This is a full-time position.
We specialize in life insurance to protect various aspects of family life, focusing on families with average income and health. We have an increasing number of requests for insurance within our niche market but not enough agents to meet this demand.
This is a commissions-only role! The commission structure is designed to help you start earning quickly. You could be paid within a week of writing your first policy. Our average sale nationwide is for $1,000 in annual premium, with a bonus structure that allows associates to earn an additional $600 for just one sale.
