Our company works with 45,000 union workers in California who require personalized customer care. As demand increases from our client base, we are looking for highly motivated individuals to counsel and serve working families.

Candidate Profile: We are selective and prefer candidates with experience in customer service or sales who are flexible, adaptable, and trainable. This is a full-time position.

Target Market

We specialize in life insurance to protect families' health and financial stability. Our niche market has high demand, but we lack enough agents to meet it.

Compensation

This is a commission-only role. Our commission structure is designed to help you start earning quickly—potentially within a week of your first policy sale. The average nationwide sale is $1,000 in annual premiums, with some associates earning $600 from a single sale through our bonus structure.

Training Provided
