Due to the rapid expansion of our company, we are looking to hire new associates for our customer service team. Our company works with 45,000 union workers in California who require personal customer care. As a result of the increased demand from our client base, we are seeking highly motivated workers to counsel and serve working families.

However, our service team is selective. We are looking for qualified candidates who have experience in customer service or sales, and who are flexible, adaptable, and trainable. This is a full-time position.

WHO WE MARKET TO

We specialize in life insurance to protect various aspects of family life, targeting families with average income and health. We have a high volume of requests for insurance within our niche market but not enough agents to meet this demand.

HOW WE GET PAID

This is a commissions-only position! The commission schedule is designed to help you start earning quickly. You could be paid within a week of writing your first policy. Our average sale nationwide is for $1,000 in annual premium, with a 2-tier bonus structure. Associates are earning around $600 from just one sale.

TRAINING WE PROVIDE

We have streamlined the process so you can sell a policy quickly. We provide comprehensive training on our carriers, products, and sales scripts. Our goal is to help you make money! If you're interested in growing your own agency, we can support you in achieving that within months.
