Cinter Career is seeking a Recruitment Talent Sourcing Specialist to work remotely in a part-time capacity. The role focuses on identifying qualified candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and internal databases, while building a robust talent pipeline for current and future needs.

Responsibilities include collaborating with recruiters and hiring managers, screening profiles for fit, and maintaining accurate candidate data in the ATS.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred.
• Proven experience in talent sourcing, recruiting, or a related role.
• Strong research and analytical skills with the ability to identify high-quality candidates.
• Familiarity with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search techniques, and ATS.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Experience sourcing for technical or specialized roles is a plus.
• Knowledge of labor market trends and recruitment best practices.
• Multilingual abilities or experience in a global recruiting environment.
