Job summary

Pasona N A, Inc. is seeking a recruiter who will source candidates, interview and screen applicants, and refer candidates for client job openings. The role includes providing market insights and proposing recruitment strategies to meet client needs.

You will conduct intake meetings, build candidate pipelines, and collaborate with internal teams. Strong English/Japanese communication and a bachelor’s degree are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 2–3 years of experience reporting recruiting metrics to business partners.
• Ability to read, write and communicate in both English and Japanese.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Basic computer skills (MS Office) and familiarity with recruitment processes.

Responsibilities

• Conduct job order intake meetings with clients to finalize qualification criteria for candidates.
• Obtain job orders and place candidates by conferring with clients and/or internal sources.
• Source candidates using a variety of search methods.
• Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications, and performing video screenings.
• Support candidates in preparation for interviews with clients.
• Build talent pipelines with high-potential candidates for future job opportunities.
• Work as part of a team and collaborate with other internal divisions.
• Follow up with clients and assigned temporary staffs to monitor progress and mitigate concerns.
• Participate in various projects as assigned.
• Other administrative duties as assigned.

Job Summary

This position is primarily responsible for sourcing candidates through various channels, interviewing, screening, assessing interview performance and referring job candidates for clients’ job openings for successful placements.
