Qualifikationen

• Transitioning between junior and senior year (preferred).
• Proficiency with MS Office and basic software tools.

Aufgaben

• Post available positions on the Internet via the candidate tracking system to grow the candidate pool.
• Evaluate resumes and qualify candidates for the interview process.
• Schedule candidate interviews with Recruiters and shadow recruiters during interviews.
• Shadow Account Managers on client visits and requisition qualifications.
