Job summary

Neighborhood House Charter School is seeking an Operations Associate to join our operations team at the Centre St. campus. The role supports daily school operations, logistical planning, and coordination of schedules to help staff and students focus on teaching and learning.

The position runs 7:45 a.m. to 4 p.m., 10 months, with a salary range of $49,032 to $60,314. An Associate's degree is required (Bachelor's preferred), with at least one year of experience with children.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree required or in progress; bachelor's degree preferred.
• At least one year experience with children in a child care, educational or camp setting.
• Ability to start August 24, 2026.
• Flexible support to Operations team and coverage across daily school operations.
• Collaborative, accountable, respectful community.

Responsibilities

• Support the implementation of operational plans.
