Neighborhood House Charter School (NHCS) is seeking an Operations Associate for the Centre St. campus. The role supports daily school operations, logistics, and scheduling, enabling students and staff to focus on teaching and learning.

Ideal candidates have an Associate's degree (or pursuing one) with Bachelor’s preferred, at least one year of experience with children, and a collaborative approach to school culture. 7:45 a.m. to 4 p.m., 10-month position, salary $49,032–$60,314.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or current pursuit required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Flexible support to Operations team.
• Cover assigned duties to support daily school operations.
• At least 1 year of experience working with children in caregiver/educational settings.
• Collaborative mindset and ability to model a caring, respectful community.
• Available to start August 24, 2026.

Responsibilities

• Provide flexible support to the Operations team as needed.
• Cover assigned duties (e.g., hallway, dining hall, recess) to support daily operations.
• Help manage day-to-day school operations to keep things running smoothly.
• Support logistics and scheduling at Centre St. campus as needed.
