Job summary

Caravel Autism Health, LLC is seeking compassionate individuals to work 1-on-1 with children under 6 who have autism, helping them build communication, independence, play, and social skills. No prior ABA experience is required; we’ll teach you the rest.

You’ll use play and ABA to support learning, celebrate progress, and provide a safe environment. Eligible staff can pursue an RBT certification within 45 days and may access a scholarship to become a BCBA.

Qualifications

• Willingness to learn, grow, and be coached.
• Reliability and strong follow through.
• Resilience and compassion with children and families.
• Minimum age 18 and a high school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Work 1-on-1 with children under 6 with autism to build skills.
• Use play and ABA therapy to help children learn and grow.
• Celebrate progress and document outcomes for each child.
• Create a safe, positive environment for every child you work with.
