We are dedicated to supporting all of their pupils, including those with additional needs, to reach their full potential. To continue this mission, we are seeking a dedicated Individual Needs Assistant (INA) to join our team.

The Role:

• Provide tailored support to a child with SEN needs, helping the access the national curriculum and achieve their personal goals.
• Collaborate with Teachers and parents to implement Individual Educational Plans (IEP)
• Have a positive, inclusive and nurturing atmosphere for the child to thrive in.
• Adapt and respond to the pupils to the individual needs of the pupil with patience and creativity.
