Job summary

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with students, staff, and parents.
• Ability to supervise and support students with behavioral needs.
• Familiarity with Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and related procedures.

Responsibilities

• Ride on the bus with Special Education students and assist the bus driver on the home-to-school run and during emergencies.
• Assist with wheelchair-bound student loading/unloading and maintain safety.
• Complete daily student behavior forms and monitor adherence to behavior plans.
