Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent with college credit or degree options.
• Alternative: ParaPathways scores or ParaPro score acceptable for qualification.
• Title I school highly qualified requirement applies.

Responsibilities

• Assist teachers in special education classrooms with instructional activities.
• Provide individual or small-group support based on student needs.
• Offer attendant services as needed (diapering, toileting, hygiene).
• Move students and assist with mobility and safety.
• Maintain confidentiality and support district programs.
