Job summary

Qualified applicants may hold an associate degree or higher, 60 college credits, or pass the ParaPro assessment. CPI and Ukeru training are required; reliable attendance and team collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

  • Associate's Degree or higher; OR 60 college credits; OR ParaPro Assessment.
  • CPI and Ukeru training required as a district-wide condition.
  • Experience with Pre-K–12 students preferred.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with students, families, and staff.
  • Reliable attendance and ability to work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

  • Support implementation of IEPs.
  • Assist students academically in individual, small-group, and classroom settings.
  • Support behavior intervention plans and social-emotional goals.
  • Provide instructional support during core instruction, interventions, and school activities.
  • Collect student data and maintain accurate documentation related to IEP goals.
