Job summary

SPG Therapy & Education is hiring Instructional Assistants/Education Technicians for school-based positions. You will work 1:1 with students who will receive Speech services for the 2026-2027 School Year. Rate: $23.00 to $24.00 per hour, depending on experience and education.

Responsibilities include assisting students during speech appointments, facilitating participation in services, collaborating with teachers and SLPs, supporting IEP goals, and data entry for progress.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree preferred.
• Ability to work with students in-person.
• Fingerprint background clearance and TB clearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance to students during speech appointments.
• Facilitate participation in speech services.
• Collaborate with teachers and SLPs.
• Support students’ educational programs and implementation of IEP goals.
• Assist teachers with data collection for student progress.
