Job summary

SPG Therapy & Education is seeking Instructional Assistants/Education Technicians for school-based positions to work 1:1 with students receiving Speech services for the 2026-2027 School Year.

The role offers an hourly rate of $23.00 to $24.00, based on experience and education, with consistent school-day hours and opportunities for career growth. Valid TB and fingerprint clearances, COVID vaccinations, and a valid driver’s license may be required.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree preferred.
• Ability to work with students in-person.

Responsibilities

• Providing assistance to students in school during speech appointments.
• Facilitating participation in the speech services.
• Collaborating with teachers and SLPs.
• Supporting students’ educational programs and implementation of IEP goals.
• Assisting teachers with data collection for student progress.
