Job summary

SPG Therapy & Education is hiring Instructional Assistants/Education Technicians for school-based positions for the 2026-2027 school year. You will work 1:1 with students who receive Speech services and support IEP goals, ensuring smooth delivery of services in the classroom.

The role requires assisting during speech appointments, facilitating participation in therapy, and collaborating with teachers and SLPs.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree preferred.
• Ability to work with students in-person.

Responsibilities

• Providing assistance to students in school during speech appointments.
