Job summary

SPG Therapy & Education is hiring Instructional Assistants/Education Technicians for school-based positions, working 1:1 with students receiving Speech services for the 2026-2027 school year. Rate: $23.00 to $24.00 per hour, depending on experience and education.

You will work closely with SLPs and teachers to support speech services and assist with data collection for student progress and IEP goal implementation.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree preferred.
• Ability to work with students in-person.
• Fingerprint background clearance required.
• TB clearance required.
• COVID-19 vaccination status required or exemptions considered.

Responsibilities

• Providing assistance to students in school during speech appointments.
• Facilitating participation in the speech services.
• Collaborating with teachers and SLPs.
• Supporting students’ educational programs and implementation of IEP goals.
• Assisting teachers with data collection for student progress.
