Job summary

SPG Therapy & Education is seeking Instructional Assistants/Education Technicians to join our school-based team for the 2026-2027 school year. You will work 1:1 with students receiving Speech services during therapy appointments, helping them participate and stay on task.

Collaborate with teachers and SLPs, support IEP goals, and assist with data collection to track progress. Vaccination requirements apply, and driving may be required for this role to fulfill duties.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree preferred.
• Ability to work with students in-person.
• Fingerprint background clearance.
• TB clearance.
• Employment contingent on COVID-19 vaccination/boosters.

Responsibilities

• Providing assistance to students in school during speech appointments.
• Facilitating participation in the speech services.
• Collaborating with teachers and SLPs.
• Supporting students’ educational programs and IEP goals.
• Assisting teachers with data collection for student progress.
