Job summary

Interim HealthCare Inc. is seeking a compassionate RN to provide one-on-one care for an elementary student in the Pittsfield, NH School District. This full-time role includes bus transportation responsibilities and a daytime schedule Monday through Friday.

You will monitor health needs, administer medications, and coordinate with families and school staff to support the student’s safety and academic success while enjoying a predictable schedule with summers off.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse license in NH is required.
• CPR certification is required.
• Pediatric school nursing experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one nursing care for a student throughout the school day.
• Accompany the student on the morning and afternoon bus route to ensure safety.
• Monitor changes in health status and respond appropriately.
• Administer medications and Treatments per physician orders and care plan.
• Collaborate with school staff, parents, and healthcare providers to support health and learning.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and communication.
