Duties & Responsibilities

• Deliver 1:1 nursing care and medical support to a student with multiple disabilities during the entire school day
• Accompany the student on the school bus or van to and from school daily, ensuring continuity of care during transportation
• Monitor and assess the student’s health status, responding promptly to any medical needs or emergencies
• Administer medications and provide routine medical interventions as prescribed
• Maintain accurate, confidential documentation of all nursing actions and updates to student health records
