Job summary
The Stepping Stones Group is seeking a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) for a contracted, school-based placement in Eureka, CA for the 26/27 school year. This is a full-time private duty/1:1 role supporting a local K-12 district with nursing services.

Qualifications
- Active LVN license in California.
- Current BLS CPR/AED certification.
- Demonstrated competency in pediatric skills including vent management, assessment, and critical thinking.
- Ability to work independently within LVN scope of practice.
- Experience with school-based nursing is highly preferred.
Responsibilities
- Maintain continuous observation of the assigned student during the school day.
- Support chronic condition management and assist with procedures per care plans.
- Provide first aid and medication administration.
- Document care and communicate with school teams.
- Accompany student during transportation and community activities when assigned.
- Report significant changes to supervising RN and family.
