The Stepping Stones Group is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) for a contracted, school-based placement in Landover, MD for the 26/27 school year. This is a full-time private duty/1:1 role supporting a local K-12 district with nursing services.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in MD and current BLS CPR/AED certification.
• Experience in school-based private duty nursing with pediatric patients.
• Competency in diabetic monitoring, asthma, seizure monitoring and medication administration.

Responsibilities

• Maintain continuous observation of the assigned student during the school day.
• Support chronic condition management and perform procedures per care plans.
• Provide first aid and medication administration and document care.
• Communicate with school teams and supervising RN; accompany student during transport.
