Job summary

Spindle is actively hiring Instructional Aides to support students 1:1 in school settings. These per diem, as-needed positions offer flexible schedules based on coverage needs. Responsibilities include 1:1 and small-group academic, behavioral, and social support, plus assistance with daily routines and mobility.

Qualifications

Experience in school or clinical settings is preferred.
Understanding of IEPs and behavior plans preferred.
Able to work 1:1 or in small groups as directed by teachers.

Responsibilities

Support students academically, behaviorally, and socially in classroom settings.
Provide 1:1 or small-group assistance as directed by teachers and staff.
Assist with daily routines, transitions, and classroom participation.
Implement behavior support plans and follow IEPs as applicable.
Support mobility, supervision, and personal care needs.
Maintain a safe, respectful learning environment.
