Job summary

Empower Behavioral Health in Texas seeks Registered Behavior Technicians to deliver 1:1 ABA therapy in a clinic-based day program for children with autism and other developmental disabilities. You will implement treatment plans created by a BCBA and help create a safe, engaging environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must have completed high school or equivalent.
• Experience working with children ages 18 months–12 years preferred.
• Willingness to be trained in ABA principles.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 therapy in a clinic-based day program for children with autism and other developmental disabilities.
• Implement individualized treatment plans created by a BCBA.
• Track and record daily treatment via Central Reach.
• Assist BCBA to implement behavior reduction and skill acquisition treatment plans.
• Respond appropriately to feedback and maintain/improve performance accordingly.
• Create a safe, engaging, and supportive environment for each patient.
