Job summary

Cosmo 1:1 is seeking experienced educators to provide 1:1 online tutoring to K-12 students primarily in North America. You will meet weekly at a set time for 50 minutes per session, using Cosmo curriculum and maintaining a welcoming learning environment.

The role is an independent contractor position with pay set at $20 USD per class plus incentives. Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s degree, have 3+ years of K-12 teaching experience in ELA/ESL/EFL, and can commit to at least 6 months of

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience teaching grades K-12 in ELA, ESL, or EFL.
• Experience with K-12 ELA standards.
• Strong internet and computer setup for online teaching.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized 1-on-1 instruction for students.
• Update availability in Cosmo App promptly.
• Prepare lesson materials appropriate for student age and ability.
• Submit class feedback after each lesson.
• Communicate professionally with parents and students.
• Attend all classes on time and in a professional setting.
