Job summary

Ombudsman Educational Services seeks an Instructional Aide 1:1 to support a student in Grades K-12. You will provide direct, individualized instruction and supervision in classroom and community settings, working closely with teachers to implement IEP goals and track progress.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or higher preferred.
• Experience with instruction/support for children; alternative education or behavioral health setting preferred.
• Ability to obtain crisis management training certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct, individualized support to assigned student(s) in K-12.
• Assist with implementing IEPs and tailoring instruction to learning needs.
• Document student behaviors and progress; communicate with teachers and families.
