Job summary

Serenity, LLC is hiring Direct Support Professionals to provide one-on-one in-home and community support for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in New Jersey. Roles are full-time, part-time, or per diem with a wage of $21.50–$26.50 per hour.

The DSP will assist with daily living skills, transportation, and adherence to individualized plans while promoting independence and dignity. Flexible schedule and paid training are available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Must be 18 years or older and have a valid driver's license.
• Background checks and screenings will be completed.
• Smartphone or computer access is needed for documentation.
• CPR/First Aid training provided if needed and welcome.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one in-home and community support to adults with I/DD.
• Assist with daily living skills and activities.
• Support with appointments, errands, and transportation as needed.
• Follow person-centered plans and document progress promptly.
• Promote independence, dignity, and self-advocacy.
