Job summary

Concierge Nursing Referral Services, a branch of TheKey, is seeking an experienced registered nurse for in-home, private-duty care in Scottsdale. You will deliver 1:1 clinical care, coordinate supplies and transport, and document care plans, while enjoying autonomy and flexible scheduling.

Pay starts at $45/hour with weekly payouts, and you choose cases that fit your schedule as an independent contractor (1099). This role offers high-end client relationships and meaningful, individualized care.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing.
• 2+ years nursing experience (strongly preferred).
• Active CPR/BLS certification.
• Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 skilled nursing care (ADLs, vitals, wound care, meds).
• Coordinate needs including supplies, DME, and transport.
• Maintain timely documentation and communicate with families and physicians.
• Educate patients and families on health management.
