Job summary

Concierge Private Duty Nurse opportunities with Concierge Nursing Referral Services—an advanced branch of TheKey, LLC—offer you premium, private-duty, in-home nursing. You will decide your schedule and cases, earning $45+/hour on a weekly pay cycle as a 1099 independent contractor.

Deliver high-quality, one-on-one care, manage medications and treatments, and coordinate logistics for each client’s needs. You control when and where you work, with flexible shifts from 2-hour visits to longer cases.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing.
• 2+ years of nursing experience preferred.
• Active CPR/BLS certification.
• Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 skilled nursing with ADLs, vital monitoring, wound care, medication management.
• Coordinate needs including medical supplies, DME, and transport to appointments when required.
• Maintain clear, timely documentation and communicate with families, physicians, and support office.
• Educate patients and families on health management and care plans.
