Job summary

Everett Public Schools is seeking a Paraeducator for 1:1 Behavior Support in the Extended Resource Room within Special Education for the 2026-27 school year. The role focuses on supporting the implementation of Individualized Educational Plans and addressing academic, behavior, and adaptive needs.

Responsibilities include assisting with Behavior Intervention plans, health and toileting plans as defined by student plans, and potential Right Response training.

Responsibilities

• Academic, behavior/social, and/or adaptive needs
• Assisting implementation of Behavior Intervention plan
• Assisting in the health plan, toileting plan, and/or medical delegations depending on students' individualized plan
• May require Right Response training; depending on program and student needs
• May require riding the bus with a student
