Job summary

Specialized Education Services, Inc. (SESI), a division of FullBloom, is seeking a paraprofessional/behavior aide to support students with intensive behavioral needs under the IEP.

You will work one-on-one, implement behavior plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to promote safety and positive outcomes in diverse classrooms. Starting from USD 28,850 per year, SESI provides paid training, credentialing support, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Experience working in an educational setting implementing behavioral interventions for students with intensive behavioral needs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work one on one with an assigned student to meet goals in their IEP.
• Assist in development and modification of behavior support plans.
• Implement behavior support plans and record data on behaviors and progress.
• Utilize behavior support and intervention strategies.
• Foster a positive and inclusive environment and supervise students.
• Communicate effectively with parents.
