You will implement individualized behavior plans, collect data, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure consistent application of strategies.

The role emphasizes one-on-one support, crisis de-escalation when needed, and effective communication with families.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• ASL proficiency preferred.
• Experience with intensive behavioral needs preferred.
• Ability to participate in team-based crisis responses.

Responsabilités

• Work one-on-one with an assigned student per IEP and provide accommodations.
• Develop and modify behavior support plans with the team.
• Implement plans, record progress data, and monitor incidents.
• Use de-escalation techniques and participate in crisis management.
• Communicate with parents and collaborate with interdisciplinary staff.
