Job summary

Childwise ABA in Massachusetts is hiring Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism. Roles include following BCBA plans and collecting data.

Part-time positions offer 15–30 hours per week with flexible scheduling between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM. Compensation ranges from $22–$28 per hour, with training provided and no RBT certification required to apply.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children is a plus.
• Previous ABA or behavioral experience is a plus, but not required.
• RBT certification is not required to apply.
• Patient, dependable, and comfortable working with children.
• Ability to follow instructions and implement treatment plans.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism
• Follow individualized treatment plans created by a BCBA
• Collect and record behavioral data
• Help children develop communication, social, and daily living skills
