Job summary

ChildWise ABA in Massachusetts is hiring Behavior Technicians to work one-on-one with children on the autism spectrum, building communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills.

No ABA experience is required—paid training, ongoing BCBA support, and mentorship are provided to help you succeed. The role offers flexible hours, with 15–40 hours per week and shifts Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–8:00 PM in East Wareham.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism
• Follow individualized treatment plans developed by BCBAs
• Teach communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills
• Build positive relationships with clients
• Collect and record session data
• Support independence and positive behavior
• Collaborate with BCBAs and families
