Job summary

Autism and Behavioral Spectrum in Missouri is seeking adaptable, high-energy individuals to provide 1:1 ABA therapy for children ages 1–6 in clinic settings during lunch and transition blocks. You will implement ABA protocols under a BCBA, collect data, and support mealtime routines in a fast-paced environment.

This part-time role requires reliability, strong communication with families and staff, and the ability to switch between multiple students.

Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate effectively with families and teammates.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced clinic environment with multiple children.
• Willingness to complete 40-hour RBT training within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children ages 1–6 in a clinic-based setting.
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans written by a BCBA.
• Collect and track accurate data on each child’s progress.
• Support daily care tasks (feeding, diapering, dressing, grooming) as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment for children and staff.
• Collaborate with teammates and communicate professionally with families.
• Encourage social engagement and positive behavior through Reggio ABA™ approach.
• Participate in regular training, supervision, and feedback sessions.
