Job summary

Nekton Autism, LLC is seeking passionate Behavior Technicians to deliver 1-1 ABA therapy in clients' homes, supporting children from 0 to 21 years old. Flexible part-time hours with afternoon/evening availability and paid training help you grow in ABA delivery.

You will implement BCBA-designed treatment plans, collect progress data, and maintain open communication with families and supervisors in a supportive, team-focused setting.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of ABA experience.
• Availability in the afternoon/early evening (Weekends a plus).
• Registered Behavior Technician Certification (RBT) is nice to have.
• Passion for working with clients using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
• Willingness to learn and receive feedback on performance.
• Bilingual skills are a plus but not required.
• Must have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Implement ABA treatment plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).
• Collect data to monitor progress and effectiveness of treatment plans and report progress.
• Be responsive to the needs of clients, families, and supervisors.
• Maintain clear communication with families, supervisors, and other parties.
• Carry out any other tasks outlined by a BCBA/LBA.
