Job summary

Autism & Behavioral Spectrum is hiring part-time clinicians to provide 1:1 ABA support for children aged 1–6 in our Missouri clinics. You’ll implement BCBA-approved plans, collect progress data, and assist with daily care tasks, while maintaining safety and a positive learning environment.

Expect teamwork, reliable attendance, and ongoing training to grow your skills. This role supports mealtime and play-based learning with our Reggio ABA™ approach in a fast-paced clinic setting.

Qualifications

• Age: Must be at least 18 years old.
• Education: High School Diploma or GED; provide diploma/transcripts during orientation.
• Background Check: Must pass and maintain a clear record.
• Work Authorization: Legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship now or in the future.
• Conflict of Interest: No immediate family members currently receiving therapy at our clinics.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children ages 1–6 in a clinic-based setting.
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans written by a BCBA.
• Collect and track accurate data on each child’s progress.
• Support daily care tasks (feeding, diapering, dressing, grooming) as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment for children and staff.
• Collaborate with teammates and communicate professionally and respectfully with families.
• Encourage play, social engagement, and positive behavior through our Reggio ABA™ approach.
• Participate in regular training, supervision, and feedback sessions to build your skills.
