Job summary

AB Spectrum is seeking adaptable, high-energy individuals to provide 1:1 clinical support during busy mid-day lunch and transition blocks. You will implement ABA protocols with children ages 1–6 under a BCBA, ensuring consistent data collection and adherence to behavioral plans.

This part-time, on-site role focuses on mealtime and play-based learning, with opportunities to grow through training and real-world clinical experience in a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Age: Must be at least 18 years old.
• Education: High School Diploma or GED required; provide copy or transcripts.
• Background Check: Must pass a background check and maintain a clear record.
• Work Authorization: Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Conflict of Interest: No immediate family members receiving therapy at our clinics.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children ages 1–6 in a clinic-based setting.
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans written by a BCBA.
• Collect and track accurate data on each child’s progress.
• Support daily care tasks as needed (feeding, diapering, dressing, grooming).
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment for children and staff.
• Collaborate with teammates and communicate professionally with families.
• Encourage play, social engagement, and positive behavior through our Reggio ABA approach.
• Participate in regular training, supervision, and feedback sessions to build your skills.
