Job summary

AB Spectrum is seeking a part-time Behavior Technician in St. Peters, Missouri, to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children aged 1-6. This role focuses on implementing individualized behavior intervention plans, collecting data on progress, and supporting children's daily care needs. Applicants must be at least 18 years old and possess a high school diploma or GED. Compensation starts at $18.00 per hour, with opportunities for RBT certification pay after training.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• Must pass a background check.
• Physically able to lift and/or move children up to 45 pounds.
• Able to support children with challenging behaviors.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children ages 1–6.
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans.
• Collect and track accurate data on each child’s progress.
• Support daily care tasks as needed.
